Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026. VEXA is a software product built by Alex Kochinov.

The short version

VEXA runs on your own computer, and the files about your business stay there. Here is everything that reaches my own servers: what you type into the free check-up or the waiting list, your email and order details from checkout, your licence key and the network address your machine connects from, and anything you choose to send me. Each one is spelled out below.

What is collected

• Payment and email. Checkout is handled by Polar as merchant of record. Polar collects your email and payment details to process the sale and tax. I receive your email and order details from Polar. I never see your card details.
• Your business data. Everything VEXA learns about your business lives in plain files on your own machine. Those files are never uploaded to me.
• AI processing. When VEXA works, the text it needs to answer you is sent to Anthropic under your own account, governed by Anthropic's terms. That connection is yours, not mine.
• The free check-up and the waiting list. When you take the free check-up or hold a place for the room, the email, first name and answers you enter are stored on my own servers at Cloudflare, so I can reach you when there is something worth telling you.
• Licence check and heartbeat. Your build checks in with my servers from time to time. Those requests carry your licence key and the network address your machine connects from. That is how the build knows it is licensed, and how it keeps receiving updates.
• Skills for the founding build. The founding build fetches its skills from my cloud on that same licence. The request carries the key, never the files about your business.
• Contact. If you email me, I keep that message to reply to you.

What is not done

• Your business data is never sold or shared.
• This page runs no advertising trackers.
• I do not build a profile of you across other sites.

Your choices

You can ask me what I hold about you, and ask me to delete it, at any time. Because your business data sits on your own machine, deleting it is in your hands: remove the workspace folder.
