What you are buying

A licence to use the VEXA build you paid for, on your own machine, for your own business. The base build ($3) and the founding build ($99) each include what is listed on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Presale and delivery

You get access to the founding build straight away after purchase, and every update to that build while it is maintained, at no extra cost. Access is issued through Polar once the purchase goes through.

What is not promised

VEXA is a tool that does the work. It does not promise reach, view counts, revenue, or any specific result. What you get out of it depends on what you put in.

Payments and refunds

For the $3 and $99 builds, payment is handled by Polar as merchant of record; Polar collects any sales tax or VAT at checkout. All sales are final. This is software, and you get access to it straight away, so purchases are non-refundable. If something is genuinely broken on delivery, write to me and I will make it right.

Fair use

The licence is for your own business. You may build your own agents and workflows on top of VEXA and keep them. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage VEXA itself as your own product.

The room

The room opens later. Joining its waiting list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
