What you are buying

A license to use the VEXA build you paid for, on your own machine, for your own business. The base build ($3), the founding build ($99), and the done-with-me setup ($10,000) each include what is listed on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Presale and delivery

The founding build is a presale. You get access to the founding build within about 30 days of purchase, and every update to that build while it is maintained, at no extra cost. Delivery is a personal download link issued through Polar.

What is not promised

VEXA is a tool that does the work. It does not promise reach, view counts, revenue, or any specific result. What you get out of it depends on what you put in.

Payments and refunds

Payment is handled by Polar as merchant of record; Polar collects any sales tax or VAT at checkout. All sales are final. Because this is a downloadable product delivered immediately (or, for the presale, within the stated window), purchases are non-refundable. If something is genuinely broken on delivery, write to me and I will make it right.

Fair use

The license is for your own business. You may build your own agents and workflows on top of VEXA and keep them. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage VEXA itself as your own product.

Done-with-me

The $10,000 build is by application and limited in number. Applying does not guarantee a spot. If we agree to work together, the specific scope and schedule are set in writing before any payment for that tier.
